December 2014 in Sweden

I would say that December 2014 was one of my favourite years so far... hahaha... seems like everything in Sweden is my favourite....
But this december there are many "first time" for me...

1. This december I got a very cool group in one of my courses, I really enjoy being together with them...
It contains 4 Swedish people, 1 German and 1 Indonesia ( me ) , hahaha
I would say that amongst those 4 Swedish, there is 1 Swedish who is not really "Swedish", his father is originally from Serbia, he has Eastern Europe personality, haha w will get back to that in the end section...
But I really like them all. They are all so  so so so fun. Although we have to go to school everyday (because they are a hardworking type), but I felt happy, I am a devoted student too, it's boring to stay in the room. Very much different with my previous group. So after fiishing the course I invited them all to have a taste of Indonesian Food.
Viktoria, Karin, Yustine, Martin, Pelle and Daniel ( all are handsome and pretty , right?)

Surprisingly they loved my cook. I was so happy that time...
I cooked mie goreng, since Daniel ever mentioned that he likes mie goreng when he was in Bali, so there was a time I cooked more for him. He said it in front of other friends, I dont want anybody thinks that I treated him differently because of hiden agenda so I invited them all. Mie goreng, ayam lada hitam, rendang, ayam goreng tepung. I cooked them all all by myself! ihihi.. what I forgot was  to bought more drinks for them.. hihihi sorry guys....!!!!! I never held this kind of party before, we usually buy or go somewhere... but this way show more sincerity I think.... :)

After that, there were many events!
Viktoria invited us to her place to eat Swedish porridge, different from porridge that I know, Swedish porridge is sweet... I met Viktoria's cat : Trulls. Uber cool, pretty and clean cat, I fall in love with him <3!!!!
Pelle and Daniel made Pizza ala kvalitet in Pelle's apartment which is amazing I think, very clean and nicely decorated. I would love to stay there, he had nice massage chair, comfy sofa, watching Bad Santa together... ah really nice activity to do in Halmstad...
Indian friends invited the whole class to taste Indian food which satisfied my craving for nasi briyani and spicy food, hahaha



Getting closer to Christmas, our kitchen decided to hold a secret santa event where everyone must buy something to someone based on the draws... 


i would say that the togetherness is what makes it fun... I always love these people... Ah.. remembering this picture, I feel sad already because I will not never be repeated anymore... :(

This is the picture before christmas holiday, end of Christer's class. A very cool teacher I think, because I got A, hehe noo.. he can explain things like a story, so I never feel bored for attending his class... He seemed know practical things too, I dont like a teacher who is only good in theory without proving in real world. because then the knowledge is not complete, in my opinion. But Christer is different.... I got the highest score in his writing exam... heheh *brag*

After this, one by one exchange students were leaving Halmstad, because they only had one semester.... T.T

Then my Europe trip started!!! Mijin, Yod and me went to Prague and Budapest together... I would say that this trip is a bit lonely for me, hahaha
But I like Budapest city landscape, very beautiful, everything is cheaper than Sweden, but the people are a bit rude, I dont know why but it seemed that we just had a bad experience together, the receptionist, the waiters, hehehe  When we went to PRague, it was also the same personality, suddenly we remember another friend from Eastern Europe who has the same personality, nah we took a generalisation then... hahaha *peace*

I would say that I prefer Prague to Budapest, the food, the people, the city landscape... I dont know why I just feel so delighed in Prague...






Prague is also special for me because this city is where I see and experience the real snow for the first time in my life, although the snow came on my last day in Prague... still very excited! hahahaha


I surely addicted with travelling although it was a bit scary, but I love the adrenaline rush...
Wise man said that travelling is the only way where your money is lost, but you get everything more..
It is indeed true, you learn how to survive, think, tolerate with other people, enjoy your loneliness in a good way.... I hope my life soulmate someday is a world traveller too... :))

End of story...

COmpared to 2013, 2014 is much more exciting, many good things happened.... I am still curious what did I do right so that everything comes perfectly....
I got a very good job with satisfying salary that fulfil all my needs before I went to Sweden...
Sweden.... I love this country and the whole inside out.... I can say enough thankful to be here now....

I feel so haaaaaaaaaaaaaaapppppppppppppyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy!!!!!!

How to Deal with Emotional Exhaustion

 In the last couple of months, life has been tough on me. Mostly due to my mother's condition..... As the only child, I feel responsible to take care of her, as I do not see anyone can do that.  I want her to have the best medication that one can have....It is painful to be restless while treating her. Suddenly all my past glory and ยจ'arrogrance' hit me: I used to be able to plan many years ahead, at this age, I should do this, become this and that, have this much money etc etc... When I looked back, how arrogant I am. While now, I live day by day hoping the best result can happen magically. I must be strong , to my mother, to my child, to my family.... When you look back for 10-year-younger you, have you ever felt that you have what you wished for now? You wished for a certain amount of salary at that time... You wished for a kind and loving husband... You wished to have your own home... But then, the next question is : Are you happy now? It seems like the nature of human being where you always want more, higher, bigger, better. There was a time where my prayer was full of wishing other beings' happiness without mine in it.
